I was watching Telugu movie STALIN acted by Chiranjeevi, story of the movie is superb, Hero an Ex Army Major comes with an idea of helping people and starts a concept where “He helps 3 people and asks each of the 3 beneficiaries to help 3 more people in return “this will not work at beginning but spreads like wave at and even saves the life of CM of that state, later CM searches for the person who started this chain and ends with a great message of
“Helping others”.
The reason for giving review of the movie was, hero in the movie comes with that beautiful idea of helping hands when he see a running competition of mentally retarded kids.
This was a true incident which happened in 1976, in Spokane, Washington which inspired the director to frame this story.
The incident is as follows;
A track & field event was held for the Special Olympics. The contesters were mentally retarded children and were physically handicapped; Children from across the state had come to compete in this event.
The starter pistol sounded and the race started, after running few meters a contestant fell down. Some of the other contenders continued on toward the finish line but few of the runners did the unthinkable, they stopped near finish line and returned to help the one who had fallen get back up, on crowd watched wondering what was going on, these children helped the one who fell down and started to walk together towards finish line, the crowd started roaring.
All of them together touched the finish line, entire stadium stood to honour those kids, applause continued for minutes, few of them started to cry seeing the incident.
SCENE from STALIN movie
The incident ends here, but friends just think had we ever shown the same humanity like those physically handicapped mentally retarded kids?? No never, we always want to reach first, no matter even if we run on the corpse of our opponent.
It’s not too late, we lived for us for these many years let us live for others.
The happiness we get by helping others will lasts ever..
If you get time please do watch movie STALIN, great inspirational flick by
AR Murugadossand an excellent acting by Chiranjeevi (watch forgetting him as politician)
Finally to end with quote of Abraham Lincoln
“He has a right to criticize, who has a heart to help.”

Hi Ranganathan.. How are you buddy?.. Truly an amazing post..I really support you view but it is a rare quality these days due to over indulgence of scrupulous activities and of course lousiness shown by the governments of the world..We all should help not only humans but also other species living on this planet..Keep up the good work..God bless you always..Thank you for the post.. 🙂
Very good storey narrated beautifully.High morale if the storey- Live for others too.But the gift of this human quality is rare and be expected from every soul.
Rangan!!Motivational write ups are your forte but do you think shud be for human only. Have seen people hitting animals nd making them cripple. Have seen cutting leg of camel,blood all over and camel’s face crying nd howling. We shud help all living beings .I would say.
