All World praises Modi-Shah-Singh :
– Hail the CAB !

That Indian civilisation is a most ancient one and arguably most advanced across the annals of history is an undisputed fact no scholar can refuse to accept.
Recent history of the last few centuries is descriptive of how hospitable and friendly a land Indian sub-continent has been for those who came from across the seas and mountain ranges, from other parts of the globe.
Some settled ; some returned with gifts galore and many others turned greedy and buccaneers to plunder the wealth and riches of this mighty civilisation. And then there were those that burnt and destroyed the epics as well as huge piles of tomes of wisdom written on tamrapatras of yore.
Their agenda was to erase the traces of knowledgeable race which existed in this mighty ‘Hindu’ civilisation. Many more before the European colonisers such as barbaric medieval hordes from the Middle East whose signature tune predominantly was ‘cruelty’ rebuilt their symbols of presence superimposing their might over ‘original’ edifices of faith and lifestyle.
Be that as it may, it is pertinent to take the yarn of history towards the systematic manner in which the British colonial empire had divided the Great Sino-Indian Gangetic – Himalayan stretch of landmass into different ‘countries’ and injected fissiparous divide into the mainland of great India via infamous ‘cartridge’ formula on lines of dominant Muslim-Hindu colouration of a homogeneous population living in harmony prior to the Second World War era.
In the result, Burma (now Myanmar), Ceylon (now Sri Lanka, Nepal, East Pakistan (now Bangladesh), West Pakistan (now Pakistan), Afghanistan, Tibet( now non existent on world map ) and of course Malaysia, Indonesia, Fiji, Mauritius, Male were carved and declared as sovereign lands before they returned to their tiny island kingdom ruled by the Queen and a Parliament!
Even while today’s BREXIT is being viewed by Asian commentators as a payback of Karmic dues to the Queen’s land for all the devious division of harmonious Indian nation on lines of religion, it is it but essential to dissect the factors leading to the passage of a historic CAB Act by the Parliament of India in the year 2019.
India was famously last divided in 1947 into three countries by departing British colonisers as West Pakistan and East Pakistan (on both western and eastern borders) as being lands meant for people of India who wished to closer themselves as a branded -‘Muslim land’ meant only for persons that follow Islam as their ‘religion’.
Eventually, the divide between hardcore, fundamentalist fanatic Muslims and the genocide committed by them over Bengali Muslims of East Pakistan led to the freeing of East Pakistan and its declaration as a new sovereign nation – Bangladesh.
In so far as Rest of India is concerned, it was endowed a Constitution whose original copy reads as-‘ India that is Bharat!’
All who ascribed to the Hinduism way of life treating every human being with respect, co-existing among diverse faiths and practices in spirit of ‘universal brotherhood’ were the residents of modern India.
It is yet again a fact that those Muslims who were too poor to buy a train-ticket to newly founded Pakistan in 1947 stayed back to foment hatred against majority.
This minuscule set of fanatic hooligans were further strengthened after their ilk grew financially sound with opening of visas to Gulf countries and began to be sponsored by mafiaso wielding clout in electoral system of Indian politics.
Many short-sighted policies laid down by illiterate and semi-literate politicians of India prior to August, 2014 led to several spates of communal riots between the two major sections of population, at the cry of a mullah or bugle of a sant.
The other major community of Christians – despite their diverse internal differences over Protestantism and its multiple denominations vis a vis Catholic faith, were a happy lot largely because the departing British Colonialists left huge tracts of land and wealth for them, untouched by a Free India Government, generation after generation.
Besides, the rise of a Catholic ‘First Lady of desi politics’ as lawfully wedded wife of son of a Prime Minister who succeeded his assassinated mother & the red carpet welcome accorded to Pope by this daughter-in-law and her unchallenged rise even subsequent to her husband being assassinated, aggrandising wealth and unmatched powers has instilled a sense of ‘security’ among Christians.
Fact though is that uninterrupted inflow of funds from Christian countries for the ‘holy’ purpose of ‘mass conversion’ of native Indians into Christianity has never really disturbed the peace of that section of Indian population.
India and Hinduism thus, are synonymous with HUMANISM.
To silence the critics of Hinduism as to how would one define Hinduism or identify their DNA, it is equally opportune to point out that almost every Muslim citizen and every Christian citizen of India has forefathers who were Hindus themselves.
And, Hinduism is as an ocean which welcomes all waves of thoughts and embraces every caste, sect and order of faith. Hence, Hinduism is both an amalgam as well an individual religion. There is no sense of insecurity among the adherents or believers of Hinduism.
CAB Act as such is a reflection of the role of great Indian nation as being a reliable harbour for saving souls who are facing persecution in neighbouring countries of Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan which are self-declared Muslim lands on account of being non-Muslims.
This is a purely humanitarian gesture and if this were done by head of a so-called First World Country, such a Head of State would have been recommended if not awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
The Modi-Shah-Singh Government has done nothing wrong in walking this Law through both the August Houses of Parliament. In fact, the CAB Act has helped enhance the prestige of India in the comity of nations.
To those burning with rage at the passage of the Act, let it be said that India wishes to welcome every non-Muslim as a refugee who is being persecuted in these three neighbouring Muslim nations for not converting to Islam.
After all, there are many Muslim countries where any Muslim of non-Wahabi sect who may be persecuted in Pakistan, Afghanistan or Bangladesh to seek refuge in. India is a land for all who are inclusive by nature; not for those narrow minded folks who seek to restrict the glory of the fair Moon by squeezing her into a crescent moon.
Nevertheless, it would be only fair play to mention that mandarins of government of India did great injustice to both Honourable Parliament as well the we, the people of India by not educating the general public about the nature and purpose of this Law before advocating the piloting of the Bill. Equally efficaciously, the political dispensation ought to have introduced the uniform Civil Code to help unify the population of India before embarking on offering asylum and shelter in a most honourable way to the victims of religious bigotry in those branded Muslim lands.
Anti-social elements must be dealt with a stern hand. The moot question though remains (as the Honourable Union Home Minister gave a fitting agony filled repartee to an eager beaver television journo)-‘ Why is the mass media projecting perpetrators of mob violence even as it decries break of law & order?’
India has risen again to oust the villains of universal brotherhood and become the Motherland for all who have no other land welcoming them.
After all, if European nations or Americas welcomed these persecuted non-Muslims, why would India be left to house them and afford a life?
Ill-informed self-appointed pundits of Islam must be chained to their misdeeds in raking up mob fury through disinformation and misinformation.
India must now look towards tweaking a thousand and one existing laws in small little ways in order to unify the population which is reeling under grave burdens of unemployment, inflation and media tyranny.
Time for Judiciary and Parliament to tutor Executive towards a civil obedience movement. Root out disobedience which unfortunately today is a common trait of all India.
