Thus spoke Chota Gandhi Dil Se (दिल से-by heart). Chota Gandhi, in an aggressive and passionate speech, delivered in English and Hindi, and interspersed with sharp attacks on Narendra Modi and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), promised the organizational revamp, greater powers to women Congress workers. He clearly conveyed who was now in control. So emphatic was his big step forward that the party’s decision not to formally declare him as its PM candidate, against the wishes of congress-men was rendered irrelevant. As per Time of India “Gandhi Jr Delivers The Most Rousing Speech Of His Life“. The impact of Chota Gandhi’s “coming-of-age” moment was evident in the transformed mood at the venue. The delegates had arrived a tad sceptical, unsure of whether the new leader had in it in him to confront the challenge of the BJP and AAP. 
Even Mother Gandhi too looked over pleased on the “Pappu pass ho gaya” moment. Taking leaf or liberty of this festive mood, Mani Shankar Aiyar offered “Tea Vender Job to Narendra Modi“. I don’t know Modi’s reaction on this new job offer but I can assure S/Shri Mani Shankar Aiyar that Modi will do “Tea Vender Job” very honestly. He is unlike your congress who plundered their own motherland more than combined force of Nadir Shah & English rulers.
On the eve of election-2014, his lecture was meant to rejuvenate already defeated congress cadre & also to send a new message to Indian public who knows everything congress does or did in last 66 years since Independence. The congress cadre & some section of media was over pleased as it always does on Gandhi family’s members lectures.
But when I discussed it with men on street, they had impression that Chota Gandhi’s lecture did every thing except achieving the purpose for which the lecture was delivered. Why general public had this impress over the speech which tells us the history, geography, philosophy & some time social science; the speech which made the Gandhi mother smiling as if the ever failing son has passed high school in first class marks. The reason is as simple as “Theory of Escape Velocity”
Let us dissect the Chota Gandhi’s Dil se pravchan & understand the mystic meaning hidden behind those wise words. 1. Chota Gandhi taught us about democracy “Democracy is not rule by one man“
Oh!! Is it that? Yes it must be. Because in last 66 years (barring few years), this country was not ruled by a single person but by a single family.
2. He declared that “We will fight the elections and we will win also.“
Why not Sir. The recent assembly poll results gave all indications that congress is going to win 100% seats in Parliament.
3. He gave a lesson in Constitution of India “In our country, PM is elected by elected MPs but by any high commend”
Yes Sir. Congress always did that. It is another matter that Mother Gandhi nominated Manmohan Singh going against the majority decision of the elected MPs in 2004 & 2009″ The same way your own father Rajiv Gandhi too was sworn as PM even without any parliamentary board meeting.
And Sir, this also another matter that 10 JP always nominate CMs setting aside the majority decision of elected MLA in the provinces.
Sir, perhaps your this esteem remarks was not meant for your own party but for other parties. May be who knows.
4. Chota Gandhi further promised to strengthen democracy in party itself by offering “Our MPs will elect our PM. I am a sincere sepoy of Congress… I am ready to do whatever my party asks me to”
Sir, The same day, when you gave pravachan, your mother Ms Sonia Gandhi bushed aside the unanimous demand of all to declare you as PM. Perhaps only Sonia’s voice is called democracy in your congress.
5. Speaking further on democracy within party, Chota Gandhi declared “We will ask block presidents, workers, district president to directly select candidates in 15 LS constituencies”. There was big applause over this rare generosity. Clap-Clap.
Sir, why in only in 15 constituencies? Who will select candidates in rest of 500+ constituencies? No democracy in these constituencies?
6. He expressed his wish to see half the party posts, including CMs, occupied by women.
I don’t know that what digit is equal to the half of Zero. Will anyone enlighten me over this math’s question?
7. Speaking on corruption, Choto Gandhi reminded the country “Nobody pressurized (us) for RTI, Congress got up and said the country needs RTI. Information is power. Everyone made a tamasha but who passed Lokpal? Congress!”
True..very true. You gave RTI by changing dress of “The Freedom of Information Bill 2000” introduced in the Lok Sabha by Vajpayee Government on 25th July 2000.
Sir, we know that actually only you & your party gave Lokpal Bill. This Anna movement & select committee on Lokpal Bill has nothing to do with Lokpal Bill.
8. The rhetorical flourish was on full display when Chota Gandhi took on Modi for asking for a “Congress-free India.” He said “Congress is an idea and whoever has tried to eliminate it has got eliminated himself,”
Again I nod my head in affirmative. In pattern of “Poverty is nothing but a state of mind.“ Congress party is an idea how to be corrupt & arrogant ruler & be out of touch with realities India is facing.
9. Speaking on secularism, a favorite song of congress, Chota Gandhi said “Unlike others, we do not respond by turning people against each other and lighting the fires of communal hatred. Those who tried to finish the idea called Congress themselves got finished “
Again, nobody can deny even this. Congress nearly finished Delhi Sikh community in 1984 when one of his community-men killed Indiraji. Can anyone deny this?
10. Taking on Modi & AAP, Chota Gandhi said “Our opposition is so good it can sell combs to bald people. Interestingly, the newest party promises bald people haircuts“
Here, it is worth noting that Chota Gandhi praised opposition at least, let it be even for wrong cause. Our opposition never praise him & his party.
It is true that the newest party has nothing except to sell dreams. They are selling that successfully.
The main opposition party is selling combs to bald people (distressed public) with the promise to give them suitable medicine to regrow the hair (remove their cause of worries).
But they all combine together can’t match the selling power of your party, Sir, Your party is best in world for the expertise in selling the nation, it’s resources, it’s dignity, it’s self-respect etc for nothing but for self gain.
Sorry, Sir Chote Gandhi Jee, your the so-called aggressive and passionate speech, delivered in English and Hindi, promises nothing but hallow claims whose reality is known even to the most helpless person on Indian soil. Your speech is bookish only and your party’s deed are opposite to what you say. It would be not out of place to mention that your & your party’s time is over. From our side, we wish you best of luck & Bye-Bye forever.

Rahul Gandhi failed to explain strategy&vision.In congress ruled years country now running 25 years back comparative to rest of world. We have not capitalized so many our strength.How he can create 5-10 Cr jobs not clear now people want clear plan with evaluation of true&false promise.An intelligent leader need to understand what people want to listen fro leader. This thing Raul clearly lack.Looking to the position what he enjoys in party can do miracles but never serious&honest to his job with responsibility.
AICC meet was only for the congress not the people or nation. The only thing I found interesting was Mani Shanker speech or rather his comment on Modiji. That dog faced ape congi was instrumental in increasing vote percentage for Modiji and BJP as a whole. The article very well dissected the AICC meet and its selfish motives. AICC meet was nothing different than a recently broadcasted ad campaign “Bharat Nirman”.
Well said sir. The speech got a thunderous applause from Congress workers / chamchaas. Why doesn’t RaGa give a similar speech in a rally? He knows he won’t get any audience? Mamma was happy for night. After sleep, realization dawned upon her as she found out that RaGa was still last in the race. Even behind newcomer Kejriwal.
