Prism of Isms

Is idealism a weakness?
What is inside you is stronger than your willingness. That is the strength of character.

There are those who pound you with street smart homilies goading upon you to ignore values,principles and ideals to become happy in both materialistic and other worldly ways. Many chuckle at your naivety. Few others would sympathise with your fixation for all world at large to live happily.

To strive for others whom you know not is the DNA of leaders of society,at all times. The opinions differ. Ideologies are at conflict wirh each other. A few even upturn own views with the passage of time. But,the common bond weaving them all together is a penchant for Humanity.

As the wise pig in George Orwell’s Animal Farm says, all men are equal but some men are more equal than others. This segregation of population groups on basis of classifications derived from subjective studies only further widens the chasms between mindsets and idealogies.

Should not the largest democracy of the modern world not ban forming of political parties based on religious identity?

Must not an avowed sovereign,socialist,democratic Republic stop professed communist parties by specific law, from being registered as political outfits by the Election Commission which itself is an organ of the Constitution?

Like Ceaser’s wife,all ministers as well as other elected representatives of the people must be above suspicion. Let them post their medical reports online through the Government portal,on a fortnightly basis.

Efficiency and Ethics like Time,invariably tell the Truth.

It is not wrong to be idealistic but to pick and choose the right ideals needs ingrained values,correct upbringing and ism of not falling to ‘prism of isms’.

Be it Abraham Lincoln or any other historical great,they led by example of adhering to ideals and by sticking to firm convictions. In the face of adversities and tribulations was exhibited the innate skill and ability to beat odds,outshine foes as also march on regardless.

#NewIndia shall be chiselled with,without or against anybody supporting righteous cause of attaining the seemingly egalitarian goal of Justice – social,economic and political.

Stand by ideals. Every Indian citizen must soon own an IP address with a single digit passcode rather than chest thumping on false tech claims where we do not posess our own source code.

Greek and Latin to the common man? Let the Leadership of the day arise,awaken and shake hands with Patriots to translate political manifestoes into happy reality in the near future.
