The fact remains that Congress Ditched Muslims All The Way. How they did so, we shall see in this post. As elections are nearing, Congress party has increased its effort to catch Muslim Voters mandate. Love songs are being played 
openly & behind the curtain too. One hand, they are sending feeler to Muslim community & on the other hand DAVP has been used for heavy dose of advertisements to lure them. Very recently Mrs. Gandhi & Sh. Manmohan Singh pitched themselves personally to get their votes. I want to tell with full responsibility that what so ever has been stated by UPA with regard to Muslim community is nothing but utter lies & UPA aims to misguide them to get the Delhi Throne again.
Remember how Salman Khurshid gave false statement regarding Muslim’s reservation during UP assembly elections. The Congress Party must explain how & why this reservation matter was nipped under carpet once UP elections were over. Now why Congress party does not speak about Muslim’s reservation or why it does not declare/implement Muslim’s reservation in Congress rules provinces at least.
The fact is; Congress is trying to consolidate Muslim’s votes in their favor. For this everyone, including Sonia Gandhi, Dr. Manmohan Singh & Rahul Gandhi, all are speaking lies, lies & only lies. Few years back, Manmohan Singh stated that Muslims have first right over India’s resources. Mind it he did not stated that “Minorities” or backward or both have first right over country’s resources. He emphatically pushed “Muslim” claim over it. But what happened? It proved only words. Muslims were never given that right. Rather they were pushed backward by these very Congress leaders & their so-called secular allies. Now when Manmohan Singh is playing last over of his inning, he is again deceiving Muslims Community knowingly & deliberately.
To get Muslim vote, Government appointed “Sachar Committee”. When this committee presented the report, “the whole truth” regarding Muslims conditions came in open. What was just rumour the other day, became truth of the day. It’s report blamed Congress government’s policies for Muslims poor conditions. The truth was revealed. But as it happens in India, like other important report, this report too came, gone & forgotten. Now people use this report either for academic purpose or use as brick/stone to thrown on each other. The problems related to Muslims, the hunger, the education, poverty, unemployment, riots, fear & distrust, remained as it is, rather it is getting increased day by day.
But see the Congress culture of governance. It appointed another committee named Rangnath Mishra Committee. It studied Muslim’s problem with greater depth & suggested remedies for it. But Congress did not tabled it before parliament. For 2-3 years it was collecting dust in some babu’s file. When media, mind it not Sh. Kejriwal, reported the matter and opposition made lot of hue & cry, the government tabled it before parliament reluctantly. But Government motive was still questionable because it did not tabled ATR for this report. Till date country does not know what action government wants to take regarding this report.
Perhaps telling a lie, unethical behavior, hollow promises are not crime in politics because just before election dates were declared, a conformance regarding Minority Welfare & development was held & its live telecast was shown in whole country. First Mrs Sonia Gandhi rolled out her pack of lies stating that only due to congress efforts Muslim’s condition has improved 10 times. This is nothing but joke because as per Sachar Committee the condition of Muslims is worst than backward class of the country. Sonia Gandhi further claimed that Muslims are getting scholarships, their unemployment rate is decreasing. But the fact is that this Congress Government use to declare different schemes at the time of elections only but never get serious to implement them. In 2006, Prime Minister declared 15 point programme for Muslims but no one knows the fate of this programme. Though she admitted that this 15 point programme did not reached to every section of Muslims community but she deliberately failed to inform that which section has been benefitted by this 15 point scheme. Sonia was on high when she talked about “Nai Roshni” programme meant for Muslims ladies. This programme was started on 2009. It remained in refrigerator up to 2012. Then seeing the coming election, funds were distributed among 25 organization in 11 states. However Muslims organization refused to accept the funds as that was not adequate. Mrs Gandhi should know that why Ex-IAS Officer Harsh Mander resigned from NAC. He was unhappy over the reason that all Muslims related programmemes are not attached directly to the Muslims but they are being implemented through Minorities. Our PM also talked about Wakf programme without going into its details. Many believe that better management of Wakf can solve 80% problems regarding Muslims. But nothing has been done in this direction. PM claims that most of the recommendations of Sachar Committee has been implemented. Mr Rahman Khan, Minister for Minorities, claims that 73 recommendations out of 76 recommendations have been implemented. But fact is only 12 out of 22 initial recommendations have not been implemented, what to say of 76 recommendations.

Pradeep Sir!!Absolutely all facts. Congress wants Muslims to stay in deplorable conditions to get their vote only. If it had an iota to uplift poverty, had implemented few steps.I agree with you.All committees are in the name of polarization of minority vote.
