Now let us see the whole issue of Black Money stage by stage.

First Part:-
In spite of Supreme Court direction, for three years UPA government employed all the trick to avoid appointing SIT.

Second Part:-
Modi government’s first task was to appoint SIT headed by a retired Supreme Court judge, Sh MB Shah while former SC judge, Arijit Pasayat was appointed as Vice-Chairman. Revenue Secretary, Directors of CBI, IB, RAW and ED, the CBDT Chairman and an RBI deputy governor were officially asked to assist this SIT.

Third Part:-
On October 15, 2014, a team of officials led by Revenue Secretary and comprising of Chairman, CBDT has signed a Joint Statement along with appropriate authorities in Switzerland agreeing over four important points:

1. Where Indian tax authorities have conducted independent investigations, the Swiss would provide India with details upon our furnishing of adequate evidence in this regard.
2. Whenever India has some information/ documentary evidence, the Swiss would confirm the authenticity or otherwise of that evidence.
3. This process would be completed in a time bound manner.
4. Discussion would start on a bilateral agreement on automatic exchange of information in the banking system.

The present NDA Government has unfortunately inherited the policy of that DTAA which does not permit a government to disclose account holder’s name in public. If government goes contrary to DATT, she will not get any further information. GOI may disclose names and shame them but then would not get any further information.

Why these congressi morons are not telling that Modi government can’t do that even if they want because of the SC ruling which says : –
“The revelation of details of bank accounts of individuals without establishment of prima-facie grounds to accuse them of wrong doing, would be violation of their rights to privacy. Details of bank accounts can be used by those who want to harass or otherwise cause damage to individuals. We can’t remain blind to such possibilities and indeed experience reveals that public dissemination of banking details or availability to unauthorized persons has let to abuse. The mere fact that a citizen has a bank account in a bank located in a particular jurisdiction cannot be a ground for revelation of details of his or her account that the state has acquired”

I heard Ajay Makan asking Modi to give his 15 lakhs as Modi estimated that every Indian may get if Black money is brought back. I never heard Modi talking this non-sense. I remember Modi interview with ABP news channel where he categorically said that “Nobody knows for sure how much black money is held in foreign banks. No one can give a specific time frame for bringing this money back because depends on the other country too. But I promise to take immediate action.” This you too might have heard in the above video.

Modi took action Mr. Makan…Can you deny this? Problem with congress is that they never accept that they either did not worked and if worked they worked for themselves…Oh..sorry…they worked for the family first and then what so ever left, they took along with them for their family members and relatives. Congress is actually also very afraid thinking what would happen when the list is made public. 

Now as for as AAP is concerned, they are like kids who make noise along with their elders without understanding the truth behind the noise. Their treasury is drying, donations are hard to come by…Over to it, Modi sarkar making it hard to let foreign money to come in. In this scenario, you can well imaging the problem AAP may be facing.

This is the same story with Media Crooks. No money from government…No money from big houses…How their extravaganzas life style would sustain?

Dear Congress, AAP, Media & others(?), Don’t worry. Black money would come by, sooner or later. But whenever that comes, identity of such account holders would also be in public knowledge. Dear Friends, such account holders are hiding among you. Modi government is giving you enough time to run away from India…Run..Run…Run very fast..Run from India before policeman will come knocking your door soon.
