Fortunately, though after much struggle, we got a government which runs the administration according to old story book darling government style. Making night vigil by the kings, checking public’s real condition by roaming in street in common man dress, catching corrupt government officials by luring them, what not, what not. We must applause this AAP Government in Delhi whose minister don’t like to sit in office & do work but like to spend more time in the street (mostly when TV camera are on) to bring pigeon from AAP’s famous Topi.
One of its Minister, not an ordinary minister but Law-Minister, S/Shri Somnath Bharti indulged himself in unlawful act (there is nothing unlawful if that is related to AAP) by naming the Danish rape survivor (refer his press release) & then conducted raid himself along with his supporters carried out raids in South Delhi’s Khirki Extension late on Wednesday night and is reported to have had a brush with the local police. Bharti and his supporters alleged that a sex trade and drug peddling racket was flourishing in the locality with the help of foreign nationals, mostly Nigerians.
We must admire for Bharti’s courage to involve himself personally for public cause risking his recently gained position & fame plus his & his party’s love for publicity. He not only conducted raids but forced police to take action. He alleged that Malviya Nagar police station officer Vijay Pal, who had come to the spot, went away without taking any action. That is another matter, the ACP present there had more sense of the law than the Law-Minister himself. Bharti had a hot argument with an assistant commissioner of police, even as his supporters created a lot of commotion.
The law Minister thundered that “This is my area, Khirki village. People complained about Nigerian people indulging in prostitution and drugs supply, and the local people were facing trouble because of this. I attend meetings to listen to people, in which, people complained about Nigerian people who indulge in prostitution and drugs supply. We came here with a police gypsy and some of the girls tried to run away. We managed to stop two of them red-handed. Another car came with three girls. The building is full of girls. We called police. First, they took much time to come here, and then, left us by refusing to raid the premises. They are not listening to me. The police’s inquiry is very unsuccessful. They are not willing to search. All of the women are Nigerian”
Bharti demanded that the police take action against the offenders.
“Whenever I pass from here, I see foreigner girls standing here. They are prostitutes,” said another local. Only God knows how he judged all foreigner girls are prostitutes. Perhaps Mr Bharti & his AAP gang has not seen “Athith Devo Bhav”Campaign.
When Law Minister S/Shri Somnath Bharti was naming Danish Rape survivor & raiding these Nagerains girls, who subsequently test negative in drug use & demanding action against police officer(s) because he dared to disobey “A Minister”, his colleague Cabinet Minister of Women & Child, Social Welfare and Languages Ms. Rakhi Bidhlan, known as Rakhi Birla, charges that local Delhi Police SHO was shielding the in-laws who had burnt a married woman Neha Yadav. The case is related to Sagarpur Police Station.
Rakhi Birla said,“I went to the house where the incident occurred in Indira Park and asked police officers what they were doing about the case. But they did not even care. The house was locked and I asked police to break in and search the house,” she said. According to Birla, police confirmed that forensic samples had been collected. “If samples were collected, then where are the marks. I spoke to a senior police officer about the issue,”
Aftermath: Press & general public raised demand to take action against Somnath Bharti. To save him, Chief Minister S/Shri Kejriwal met Lt. Governor & Home Minister with demand to suspend 4-5 Police officers including some ACPs. Home Minster refused to take any action against police officers till inquiry by a Judge is not completed.

#AAP Government’s enthusiasm has turned into overconfidence of an unhealthy kind. I vehemently detest the way #AAP is running the Government. Arvind Kejriwal and his team of idiots proving that they’re nothing but a bunch of rogue administrators.
AAP Government is awesome.It needs to be thorouhly exposed to save the people of Delhi.All its actions are towards publicity and mobocracy only.Arvind Kejriwal will ruin Delhi on account of his ugly activism Its vigilantism needs to be controlled as it smacks of Maoits philosphy.
