When they said that wars can be now fought on addictive web of internet, i felt and thought it to be a procrastinated statement. But with 2014 LS Poll zooming in fast, it looks like that the mentioned statement is a truth beyond expectation.
Old players BJP & INC putting all there technical resources to fight and win the battle on web, AAP a rookie player has taken them both by surprise. Twitter, the most dynamic and viral social media platform seems like to be hijacked by all those twitter users who are supporting one of these parties.
Good to see young, old, male, female all taking a dig in to the politics now (Thanks to revolutions like IAC & then AAP) , but so called “Tweetathons” are now looking more like “TweetWars”!!
“Trolls” are the king of jungle named Twitter. Hence, building & spreading their respective trolls is what everyone fighting for here. This ensures that their point of view or message reaches maximum number of other twitter users termed as the followers.
Among all typical political cheesy slangs, catchy one liners, claims, heat , dust getting thrown between all users, few tweets caught my eyes and made me stop and think for a while. Although the count for such tweets & trolls is huge, screenshot for one of them is given below. Both the content and intent of such tweets can be clearly categorized as a threat to the secular policies of our country, and provoking communal disparity at the same time.
Surprisingly majority of the users who are sending such tweets or building such trolls are claiming to be part of a group called HDL which as per them is supporting BJP. It has to be noted that this is the same group which took the responsibility for the attack on AAP office on there facebook page a few days ago. This has clearly created a divide between the political twitter soldiers with HDL Claiming to be supporting BJP on one side and rest all on the other.
HDL claims to be an integral part of BJP campaign. If BJP does not endorse HDL or their anti Islam comments and trolls, then its high time for BJP to come forward and condemn them on all social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook etc. Else it will ruin the image for BJP in contrast to their self projected secular stand & claim to lead India by taking care of its citizens while respecting all religions at the same time.
Intensity of this issue can be determined by knowing the fact that each such communication is reaching out to not less then 50k users on each tweet, for them to read it and understand it. And to make it worst majority of these readers are young Indians, who can make and break our nation just by aiming at it.
So the Question for the day is “Does BJP Election campaign endorse HDL & the Anti-Islam Trolls?”

HDL was not responsible for the attack on AAP! I do not understand how can one write sch half-knowledge notes on public domain. Hindu Raksha Samiti, who claimed the responsibility for the act, is not the same as HDL, though both may be working towards making Shri Narendra Modi as PM in their own approaches.
It is also untrue that HDL is overly religious & religious intolerant. One should again check basic data. For example, HDL has claimed that Sikhs are brotherly to Hindus though ideological differences exist. HDL has acknowledged that Sikhs saved Hindus on man occasions and we owe them a lot, in spite of knowing that Sikhs do not have right respect for the Vedas. How can one call HDL as Religious Intolerant, then?

What you sow is what yo reap. Sikhs did help hindus and were part of our fabric, so we respect them in spite religious difference. Why do we go aggressive on some religions or groups? This is the question you should ask.
It is because they cased great trouble to the peaceful living of Hindus living in this place for millenia. Whoever is still continue to do the damage, through Love Jihad, Illegal Conversions etc, how can we remain silent & be ready to perish?
I am disappointed to see this whole biased & misunderstood thread on HDL. If you think it is only HDL which is Anti-Islam, I can refer you to an English Defense League or an http://www.act4america.com, or similar bodies in Spain, Australia, France, which trip on iSlam more brutally. these organizations too are working to make Modi as PM?

I can understand your worry. #HDL has nothing to do with Anti-Islam. BJP or Modiji doesn’t belong to #HDL. #HDL folks are also BJP and NaMo Supporters. Some guys sporting #HDL are exhibiting indiscipline. They’re instigating hatred and posting filthy tweets which in turn creating disharmony on Twitter. The concept of #HDL is installed to create awareness about Hinduism and our glorious past. There is an urgent need to unite Hindus as you’re certain about vote bank politics being played in the name of secularism since so many years and minority groups being exploited just for votes. BJP and #HDL group are in a bad taste due to these bunch of rogues. The purpose seems to be defeated due to a group of hate mongers. If this nonsense continues, I’ll give up #HDL. Please remember one thing, we’ll be facing good and bad people in life.
