But Kejriwal & Co is wrong in asserting their right to table, discuss & pass this bill if majority of MLAs support the bill without taking LG’s prior permission in this particular case. How??
Let us examine the important question of Kejriwal & Company’s forceful but adamantal attitude not to follow current rules & regulation with regards of this very-very important bill. They are ready to sacrifice their government & become martyr if this bill is not allowed to pass in “their way”. That means passing this important Bill without taking prior permission/approval of LG. Kejriwal & Co must understand that this was the bill for which Delhi people stood like rock behind Anna’s movement. This was the bill for which AAP got maximum votes. It is the bill which every right thinking person wanted to come in force as early as possible. It is such an important bill which can’t be sacrified on ego altar of any party or any person. Making it prestige issue will be will be betrayal with the public which imposed their faith on Aam Aadmi Party under Kejriwal. Kejriwal & Co will get many other reasons to sacrifice their government & become martyr to get name & fame for coming Lok Sabha elections. They will get many other opportunities to question present rules & regulations restricting Delhi Assembly in making laws without LG permission. This Delhi Lokayukta Bill-2014 is no occasion to test the present rules & regulations. They should allow to let it pass in smooth way.
If Kejriwal & Co go on insisting on “their way or Highway attitude” & loose this historic opportunity in passing Delhi Lokayukta Bill-2014 then they would be doing injustice to Delhi public in particular & with whole India as general.
I don’t think they are such a fool who does not understand it. However, if they continue their folly then they may be doing it due to some other reason(s). And the reasons may;
- Either Kejriwal & Co are fool enough to not to recognize the hindrances corrupt congress is putting in the way of Delhi Lokayukta Bill-2014 to save their corrupt leaders. (That makes Kejriwal’s intention doubtful.)
- Or even if Kejriwal & Co becomes successful in passing the bill in assembly defying present rules & regulations, this congress party will challenge it in the court to keep this bill ineffective. Again that will be playing in Congress hands. {That again makes Kejriwal’s intention doubtful.}
- Or the intention of Kejriwal & Co is not good. They want all publicity to win Lok Sabha Election but don’t want pursue this Delhi Lokayukta Bill-2014 seriously & also want to help their friend Congress by whose support they have made government.
On this count Keriwal is wrong.
I, as a common man, who want a fair, just & strong Lokpal Bill, would like to advise the Kejriwal & Co that they should shun the path of confrontation & let the bill Delhi Lokayukta Bill-2014 be passed in normal course & then arrest all those who looted India & Delhi beyond imaginations.

Be ready to be leveled as another traitor political party who is in the hand in glove with corrupt congress party.
The conclusion is the Delhi Govt is right but Kejriwal is wrong. Delhi government should keep fighting for its right but Kejriwal should not use this bill for their Lok Sabha Election publicity purpose. If he does it, it would be Crystal clear that he is one among those who shield corrupts & then he would not be able to fool people any more who have capacity to know real intention.

Kudos to the Yugvani Editor. I think he has rightly pointed out that AK should not let this opportunity to be wasted. But, his intentions ( as usual) are suspect.
Delhi has a puppet government proposed up by political compulsions of the winner and runner up of recent elections. Thus, it is bit a ‘government’,strictu sensu. Antics of AK will boomerang on AAp government for sure, decimating their dream rise to seat of position. All in all, a bad episode in chapter of governance.

A very Good Post. Precisely explained the controversy surrounding Jan Lok Pal or rather JokePal. There is enough of Nautanki being played by Arvind Kejriwal which proves He doesn’t want to take responsibilities except create a scenes of innocence. Now Kejriwal is eyeing LS polls and have forgotten Delhi. Today, Yogendra Yadav also clarified Party’s position that they will fight LS polls with maximum seats possible. Thank You.
AAP claims to work on public perception..but fact is they never try to know or assess public perception…Their media cell does not read report nor produces all report to working committee. The same was Inidira attitude too. We all know her fate..
