AAP Cunning Move to Save Corrupt Congress Leadership

We know that “LokPal Bill” may bring all corrupts, plunderers, looters to the book & punish them and throw a lesson to all future would be corrupt people. 
Hence, through this blog, I am raising some most important questions. The AAP, its supporters & we all must find answers to these यक्ष प्रश्न (Ultimate Questions).

1. Why the AAP government is in a hurry to pass its LokPal, not confirming to rules, laws & procedures, knowing well that this bill infringes the power of Parliament & likely to fail on the scrutiny by court?
2. If they are really serious to to punish corrupt politicians, Voters too have given them mandate to do so, why they are doing something contrary to present rules & procedures which may nullify this very important bill? If they are against the present rules & procedures, they must change them. But should never do such things which are bound to fail.
3. Are they doing it out of ignorance?  
4. Is it all drama & a way to connect everything to the Lok Sabha polls without doing actual administration & reforms they promised?
5. Are they running away from the responsibility & constitutional duties of serious governance because they feel incapable or inexperienced for this top job?
6. Are they doing it to save some powerful leaders of Congress party which have given Kejriwal & Co the taste power.

If this LokPal Bill is introduced in this way, as being reported, is either bound to fail or Congress will pull the plug from AAP government life support i name of “unconstitutional bill”. In both cases, the corrupt congress leadership will never be caught but AAP will get all publicity it needs for Lok Sabha election. It is like getting butter on both side of the bread. I may be wrong too but it is my apprehension that “Delhi LokPal Bill is The Most Cunning Move to Save Corrupt Congress Leadership” very well sponsored by Aam Aadmi Party to pay its gratitude to Congress Party for making them The Delhi King.
On its part, Aam Admi Party has termed the Central Jan LokPal as “JokePal”, saying it can’t catch even a mouse what to say catching powerful politicians as it fails to provide required independence and powers to the body.
The present Central Jan LokPal may not catch even a mouse but that may attempt to catch some naughty mouse. But the way Delhi LokPal is being brought; it will not even attempt to catch any mouse what to say of catching them.
