A modern Chakravyuh!

The open invitation by a State guest (even if he be a Head of State) to the host country’s youth to leave their motherland and flock to his own homeland is a most weird occurrence of the week. We all are aware as to who it was.

But, do we treat it as a flattering utterance or an audacious exhibition of brazen leadership rests more on one’s outlook as being a casual bystander to the passage of events on the world scenario or a patriotic soul outraged at that immodest, if not indecent proposal!

Even more incredible is the battle between that country and her traditional arch-rival neighboring country for grabbing the student community of the Indian nation!

If it was buccaneers and merchants who once arrived by fleets of ships centuries ago to plunder our spices,treasures and cultural ethos,today,it is the enticement of free for all educational pursuits that opens up vistas for a bohemian lifestyle is today’s offering.

Or, so it seems!

Both those lands are inundated by influx of alien cultures , entailing crime and burgeoning unemployment rates. So, it is in the order of things for the Government of India 🇮🇳 to immediately launch an intelligent campaign to prevent brain-drain and encouraging youths of India to stay back and contribute to the national weal.

Alliance France 🇫🇷 as well as The British Council 🇬🇧 are definitely playing their avowed role in this great land of ancient philosophy and heritage. But,what is the India 🇮🇳 Tourism or Education Ministry doing ?

It is anybody’s guess today … yes,today , it becomes important for the Honorable Prime Minister onwards to open the eyes of all countrymen in relation to this vital
issue.

Enough of platitudes and empty euphemisms.

Redraw the education system of India.

Make the syllabus uniform across India. Let there no longer be multiple Boards of education. State subject though it be,let all legislatures act in concert with the Parliament ( as was done in case of the GST law making exercise)!

All other constructive suggestions be assimilated and well considered by the Union Cabinet , in order to reshape the future of this great nation.

Let us halt this business of manufacturing humanoids for foreign Governments.

It is not just the allure of pounds, dollars,euros,dirhams or francs that entrap these youngsters but a faulty system where meritorious students have no equal opportunity available in light of caste based reservations which cloud the system in India 🇮🇳.

Soul of a nation is crying.Those in far-flung lands are able to hear this.But,is our leadership listening?
